The Cowboys don't scare me one bit. Yeah they beat us early in the season but the Seahawks are on fire defensively.

And what about the offensive juggernaut from the frozen tundra?

They're a tougher out but are they any better than last year's Saints or 49ers?

I think they are better than last years Saints. Im a Saints a fan btw. 49ers, they're better offensively. Much. Not better defensively. If they have homefield advantage, they will beat the GB Packers. They can't do what they did last year to Cardinals and lose to the Rams in week 17. They need to close it out. They can't expect to go to GB and win.

As a fellow Cowboys fan can you tell me how Dallas does not get the #1 seed if Seattle and Dallas have the same record after week 17? They beat Seattle(in Seattle, no less), do head to head match ups not matter???:dunno:

    Go Cowboys!

When more then two teams are tied with the same record the tiebreaker used is conference record. Cowboys have a worse conference record then every other team who can get to 12-4. The only situation were the Cowboys can get a first round bye is if seattle/Arizona both lose because the winner of GB/Lions will also have 12 wins.

Seahawks only scare me if we have to play you guys in Seattle. Still not that frightened if our offensive line is healthy, Seattle still has the advantage but I think its a one score game.

Idk, the Seahawks dline has become really versatile with Irvin and Hill developing. Pressure will get to Romo. I know he has been great this season but I think with our secondary we could force a couple picks out of him.

The real question is, can the Cowboys do much to stop Wilson and Lynch? Those two look like world beaters right now.

The Seahawks are the best team in the NFL. Home/Road, doesn't matter.

Their last two road games were against Philly and Arizona, two top ranked NFC teams. Dominated Philadelphia and destroyed Arizona. Combined score 59-20. Add in the game @ SF and it's 78-23.

No one is fucking with the Seahawks right now. They're going to the SB.

I just dont see a lot of pressure getting to Romo if Free/Martin are healthy. Doesnt mean it wont happen. If you can get consistant pressure on Romo or shut down the run so he is forced to throw 30+ times he will throw a pick or two but if you cant do either its going to be a long day for your secondary.

Dallas doesnt beat you with its D. If we have to stop Russell/Lynch because we fall behind then its not happening. Its such a Jekyle and Hyde D. We will stop the run on consecutive plays only to give up a 15-20 yarder on the third run, same thing happens in the pass game. The D is great at swarming to the ball and changing up schemes but keep that D on the field for an extended period of time and every QB in the playoffs will figure out how to slice and dice it.

Id give it to Romo over Murray. The Arizona game really showed who the more important player is and Romo has been unreal this year.
If they gave it to defensive players Watt should have won it 2 years ago and this year as well.
    1) Watt
    2)Romo
    3) Rodgers
    4) Brady
    5) Murry
    Thats my list.

I wish Wilson would get some recognition. Yeah, he doesn't have the numbers but he makes Lynch's job a lot easier.

    3,236 Yards Passing, 20 TDs, 6 Picks

    842 Yards Rushing, 6 TDs

All behind a very subpar O-line.

I cannot believe my 9ers lost yesterday. God, what a shitty season.

I'll be rooting for anyone who's going against the Seahags.

Its okay, you can bust out your VCR and watch your title seasons this holiday season.

After all that you can post a 20th anniversary "quest for 6" post.
