Has anybody noticed Perk's foul numbers have gone down..but so have his rebounds..he seems like he isn't playing with the heart he used to sometimes..?

He has plantar fasciitis, so I'm happy he's toughing it out and at least playing still. Don't be alarmed if he's not back to form for a while, this is a nagging injury.

Plantar fasciitis is terrible, it ruined Charlie Bell's season last year. I wouldn't wish it on anybody and it's going to cause him a lot of problems.

Some of this can be due to the plantar fasciitis, and some can be due to Al Jefferson playing well right now. He's been taking some minutes at Center, playing better basketball than Perk.

You are making plantar fasciitis out to be less serious than it really is. It's a VERY nagging injury and it can keep you hurting for a long time. My old teammate had it 2 years ago and he was terrible on the court from it.

Al has been playing very well, no doubt, but also note that he's been forced to play center with Theo and O out.

I'm not making less of it, it's just that it's been mentioned twice and I don't want to be redundant.Theo has been out almost all year and O never played that much anyways.

When Kandi-Man was playing, he got around a good 10 minutes, and was very productive. He's huge, he rebounds, and he blocks/changes shots. He helped a lot more than some people think.

Like you said, rebounding and defensive impact, but from my view it looked like his goofy fall away throw/hook type of thing was falling too on the offensive end. He played very very well for us when he was in, and hopefully he can come back and have an impact on this team.

Nah, when he comes back, I don't think he'll play all that much. Not as much as he did before anyway. That reason is because Big Al is back, playing center, and playing it well. I would love to see Kandi and Al in there together (we'd own the boards against 4/5 second units), but I don't think it would be any more than 2-3 minute stints.

Yeah Perk is usually good on the boards and blocking shots, but he will be very up and down for a while. All I'm saying is expect it. Be aware that Perk will have good days, he will have bad days. He's not going to be very consistant for a while.
