Holy Moses, Gasoline in Detroit, at a premium Gas Station; is now down to $1.98.

BTW-Does anyone know if gas prices are dropping due to Oil Fracking??? I can't think of any other reasons. I know the Mid-East wars have driven gas thru the roof in years past. That may be but 1 reason. Yet I can't help but think Fracking has more to do with gas price drops, than the clusterfk, and total confusion amongst OPEC leaders.

I've not seen gas that cheap in Caly since the mid-early 90s. In 99 when I flew back here; when my dad had his 1st heart attack.

On the way to the Houston Airport, I filled up our Van at 88 cents a gallon. Gas was under a buck everywhere from New Orleans to Houston, for less than a buck, (for premium at Conoco), and it remained that way for the next 2 yrs, until we moved back to Caly.

When I landed in CA. that week, in 99, I took my dad's truck to the hospital to see him, only after stopping and filling up his truck with gas at $2.59 per gallon. I had not seen it lower than that, in CA.; until this week, and its down now to $2.53, for regular, at Exxon, (Gas is even a dime cheaper per gallon at the BP station for premium); and finally (I thought I'd never see this) gas is now cheaper than in 99, and its still dropping.

On the I-15 on my way to CO, on my Bike, I drove past Barstow, with my reserves already on. I had never been warned of Ludlow....!

In 81, stopping in Ludlow to get gas, I felt the sting, I did not have AAA for a petro assist. Gas was only $1.48 in Lancaster, but was $4.63 in Ludlow....yes, that's not a printing error either. Fk Ludlow....~! At least Baker is competitive, tho' it too is out in the middle of nowhere.

Much like getting as at Grand Junction CO. The last gas stop for the next 200 miles of nothing. No hotels, no food, no gas, no restrooms, no nothing........!

the only weed I know of, is Dandelions.....hard to imagine a red state, (no blue, just red or green) stop or go; allow no seat belts? Does that go for children too? If so, thats one fkd up state, even tho' its a beautiful one at that.

Odd how one can kill themselves by NOT wearing a seat belt, on those often icy snowy windy roads of NH. whole one can't smoke a simple joint. Or should I say Medical Cannabis? I got to say tho' the Documentary on CNN with Dr. Sanjay Gupta, evoking one patient child after another, with the curse of Epilepsy, is no joke. Charlotte's Web is a wonder Hemp by-product with no T or H, only C, not CBN, but CBD only.

As the Colorado Brothers said, "if we only sold or grew Charlotte's Web (strain of seed), We would have a few thousand pissed off hippies".....

    Wow, that is noteworthy.....

Other than simply taking advantage of motorist seeking a alternative from Gasoline, Diesel was forever cheaper than Gas. Until it seemed around the mid 80s, when Gas Stations, even Truck Stops began to sale Diesel approx. for a considerable amount MORE than Gas. From one to the other almost over night. I wonder who manipulated that scam to benefit.

Since Diesel is many times more crude than refined Gas. Diesel is damn near crude oil, it seems compared to Gas.

No doubt Diesel cost less to produce, than Gas. Another example of how were all being taken advantage of, either way or the other....

Wow and NO Motorcycle helmets either?

I would be a hair lip if not for an old full face Bell Star, (back when Bell still made the best Helmet on the Market)....

Of the several Motorcyle clubs or groups of riders, prior to the Helmet Law's implementation in Caly. I used to tell those where NOT ONE RIder but myself would refuse to wear a helmet. My quick to be heard, response prior to riding, was "What your Brains are obviously not worth protecting, is that what your bare head is telling me". It's sad how many followers there are compared to a rare few leaders. I've always thought, those who refused to wear a helmet in a bike club, were none brave enough to step up, and say, this is my helmet, where the F is yours??????
