I didn't figure we'd see much of Barton or even T-Rob, with the way the fouls were flying... but why didn't Crabbe play?

I'm pretty sure Stotts picks his lineup based on the answers he gets from the Magic Eightball.

I will start questioning it the minute it doesn't work.

I wondered the same thing about Crabbe. He had a slight drop off and disappeared. CJ is not a better 2 guard than him.

Stotts probably felt that Wright was more versatile than Crabbe for tonights game because the Raptors have a lot of tweener players.

I hear he was out in Newport filming a guest appearance on the deadliest catch, and shoot.

This was my guess during the game as well. Wright made a few bad plays and I was pissed, but he made a few good ones too. I imagine Stotts will experiment further.

Not. He had a huge tip in and a big block and rebound. Wright is very active when on the floor. He's been playing better than Crabbe and deserves to be out there.

Wright 4 pts, 4 Rebs, 2 assts, 2 blocks. Solid game from him. Not a disaster.

1 of his misses was tipped in by him. And he had two HUGE blocks and some critical rebounds. Everyone was missing shots but he kept fighting.

That Wright pump fake is a disaster every time. When he catches and shoots in rhythm, he's a pretty good shot. But he insists on that long exaggerated pump "fake" even when he's open, then he either clangs a shot or puts the ball on the floor to usually disastrous results.

He needs to either catch and shoot, or catch and pass. Other than that, he is capable of decent defense and decent rebounding, but doesn't always show.

I understand Wright is bigger and so Stotts thought he should get the minutes. I just somehow feel better when Crabbe is out there. I think he is the only guy on the team who can help out on defense and still get back to cover his own guy.

Plus he's good for a steal a night, usually at the top of the key where he's all alone for a fast break.
