Who do you guys think will make it into the title game against Ohio State now that USC lost? IMO Michigan definetly deserves it. Even though Florida only had one loss they had a lot of close games against mediocre teams unlike Michigan who blewout 90% of their opponents this season including against Notre Dame. They also gave Ohio State a hell of a game and only lost by a field goal. I will be very suprised if Florida makes it.
Michigan doesn't deserve it. I'm a diehard Michigan fan and kind of mad that USC blew it and Florida isn't the obvious choice. I don't care if Michigan beat the 1972 Miami Dolphins, any season Ohio Mistake is better than us is a bad year. We don't deserve the shot at them again. If you're an OSU player you've got to be saying to yourself, "Wait, we beat these guys once and now we have to play them again? And if they win they win the championship?"That's not fair.This season is a disappointment for me as a Michigan fan and a title game wouldn't feel right. Florida played a fuckload of a schedule and they're by far the most deserving 1 loss team.

But I do think Michigan is the second best team in the Nation, it is just that, with over 100 teams in the NCAA, you can't say you know (without each team playing each other) who should play for the national championship. It happens almost every year, the teams for the game are picked and the rest of the teams in the top 5 (depending on their records) complain because they think they can win it. What I am saying is, Michigan had their chance to go to the title, all they had to do was beat OSU. They didn't, so why should they get a second chance to beat a team they already lost too when over 100 teams are wanting the same chance? It isn't fair to Florida.
I think Florida deserves it. They played the tougher schedule and they should be applauded for coming out of the SEC with that record. I would love to see them in the game, especially after Auburn didn't get in that one year with a perfect record. :no1: The SEC deserves this one.But if I was the bowl selection committee I would choose Michigan just because of how big that rivalry is. And did you guys see all those Florida players on the ground with injuries yesterday? If they aren't fully healthy it won't be as good of a match-up as Ohio State-Michigan.
I just saw the polls and Florida is ahead of Michigan in both. Now we have to wait for the computers. Will Florida get in or will there be another controversy like USC that one year. The NCAA just won't award a 2nd championship this time.

After talking to a bunch of the fans on message boards, I really don't like those teams anymore, talking about Big 11 teams.
Michigan blew there chances buddy. Florida played a much harder schedule, and still won more games than Michigan. Florida deserves it MUCH MUCH more.
