Not a big shock. The kid needs to play. Maybe we see him come playoff time if he's eligible

 

Needs to stop jumping the zone early and battle more in the corners. Jumping the zone early in the NHL leads to goals against. He does it often. He needs to work on that. He has all the ability offensively. Work ethic much like Kreider's needs to be better.

 

Buchnevich does that a little too which was the knock on him though he seems to be maturing.

 

if Kreider's work ethic would be so bad, AV would banish him to the minors.

 

Anyway, it is the right move. Duke has done well and shown he will be a solid player for us for years to come. They will probably call him up for the playoffs and play him if there are injuries.

 

At what point is somebody going to realize that imbecile Stepan is Pasta and kick his ass out again.

 

The earliest he would be back is game 6-7 of the ECF or SCF. His teams season ends May 27 - 31st
