The worst I've had was a fracture in my right wrist. It was during the offseason of basketball. Didnt lose anytime. Didnt hurt my shooting either since I'm a lefty. Also, I had really bad tendonitis in both my knees since I was in the 7th grade. Had it all the way until my junior year and then grew out of it. It was pretty bad when I had it though. Sometimes I couldnt even get out of bed in the morning it hurt so bad. I'd stand up and fall straight to the ground. Now imagine going throught that like 3 years of football and 5 of basketball. Hurt like hell. I had to ice my knees every day after practice and after the games for 3 of those years. :no1: They dont hurt like they did, but they still get pain in them every once in a while. Not as bad as some of you guys.

Yeah, I hit the ground hard and stuff all the time, but I have never broken a bone. I slammed my head into a coffee table once and I bled out my head and all over, but nothing broken(hahah on the outside that is)

man, I have sprained both of my ankles numurous times. one time I sprained both of them at the same time, I ran to get a ball, turned one ankle then as I was getting up I turned the other ankle. I was on crutches for that too so I had to walk on an already turned ankle to support the other one. now the one cracks whenever I walk or do anything. but this girl I know broke her finger and then like 2 weeks later she broke another finger. now that is messed up

Basketball season is coming up. I was told by my friends and coach that I should tape up my knee and my ankles. Just incase they're sore.

I have never had any major injuries either. Just one or two concussions, and a couple of sprained ankles.

In football about 3 yrs ago, I completely destroyed my leg. I played linebacker and I saw they were running a reverse so I went to the side the second RB would be running. He got the ball, but the player who was handing it off to him turned around to block me, pretty much my ankle got caught between the two players and I broke it.(thats what they told me, what happened, I though I just sprained my ankle froma tweak, but my friends told me I got caught between two players) They when I cam back from that a year or so later, 2nd game of the season I busted up my knee cap terriblely. So I dont really play football anymore and when I play basketball I cn always feel a irritating sore in my right knee. Its pretty annoying, I feel like a old man sometimes late in game cause I begin to ache more than others.

I've had many concussions and a broke arm. But I found that the toughest injury to play bball with was 2 jammed pinkys. They swelled up to the size of my thumbs. I couldn't tell how I was holding the ball or even if I was.
