I got 12.44 seconds in grade 7 for the 100 metre dash.If I'm correct in grade 7 I would've got approximately 4.55 seconds in a 40 yard dash. And that's grade 7.So let's say I got 11.5 seconds in grade 9 (which is my biggest estimation of what it was). I would've got 4.2 seconds in the 40 yard dash.So 4.2-4.5 seconds? Could be wrong though, I'm converting...
I highly doubt that.. 4.2 is amazing you didn't get a 4.2. I dont even know you can I can safely say that.about 2 months ago I did it and I got 4.51 the first time, 4.85 the second time, and 4.53 the third time.
Yeah I'm probably off, but I did get more or less 11.5 seconds in grade 9 for the 100 metre.But I know I got 12.44 in grade 7 and 4.55 would be accurate.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that my 40 yard was much shorter. If not then it was pretty fast. 4.47 was my last time.
Was this done in like High School or something? I remember doing that mile run during gym which they timed but not a 40 yard dash. So I have no idea or remember mine.
well I reckon I could do it in about 2 flat if I was being chased by bunch of horny rednecks full of moonshine. If not about 30 secs - I cant be bothered running flatout these days

When I was in high school I had a 4.6 forty time.
