He's playing badly for sure..ups and downs were expected I would say. He's in a major slump.

Apparently his game of the year was against us then.

A Rose by any other name still shoots just as badly.

Still they were 4 and 2 during those past six games, so even during a slump his team wins. but yes, at this moment, Lillard is easily the better player.

He did say "why was he picked over Lillard" so it's somewhat relevant

I do not believe you will see Rose playing consistently until next year. He is coming back from grueling 2+ years. Ups and downs are to be expected.

As for Rose over Lillard (or Kyrie over him) - home cooking with their coaches (present and past) in the mix.

Not surprising, he doesn't have it anymore. He is basically going down the D-Will road.

He's playing limited minutes, and the rest of the guys are doing so well he's ok with watching them score.

He's been taking a lot of 3pt shots because it's easier and less risky than driving the lane. He's always taken a beating when he does.

I'm not making excuses for him. In most games he shows he's clear got it still. Before the slump, his numbers were fine, and he was scoring 25 points in 30 minutes.
