1-0 Kings on a play where you cannot figure out what in the hell Girardi was doing instead of trying to pick up a man. Down on the ice like a damn fool. He will never learn.
 
2-0 and both Girardi and McD are -2. Girardi, sliding on his back swinging his stick when then man with the puck is below the goal line leaving Pearson basically free out front.
 
Girardi does that crap all the time only this time he ended up looking like a complete fool with his on the back flailing. If he stays on his damn feet he prevents that first goal.
 
Rangers getting some great chances...they aren't out of this one by any means.
 
How many posts are they going to hit in this stupid barn. I hate this building. It is like nightmare 2.0 continues from the cup finals.
 
Rangers can't catch a break in this building. St. Louis off the post and then off the defenseman and off the post again.
 
Boyle with a rocket on the PP and it's 2-1.
 
Plenty of chances. Should be an interesting second.
 
Talbot a little rusty but got better during the period.
 
I don't trust Talbot in this game. Kreider needs to shoot on semi breakaways and not look to pass.
 
Yeah. They way these two teams play 3 goals probably won't be enough.
 
Still a long way from over, but the Rangers have really impressed me in this game so far.
 
The speed of this team is amazing. Love the run they are on right now, scoring a ton of goals playing solid defense for the most part.

Stepan needs to shoot more but Im loving this
 
Man Nash could've really put a nail in this one.
 
Lots of opportunities and most of them created by speed. Talbot looks focused now, great save on Carter.
 
Kings defensemen are SLOW...getting burned constantly....when Staal can get ahead of them and get a shot off that says A LOT.
 
Sutter is going to eat his head in the lockerroom after this period....Kings have not looked good at all. 3rd period is going to be intense.
 
The kings are not very good regular season team as they are build for the playoffs. Having said that, I think the rangers match up better this year against them. Much faster, skilled ranger team this season, even Sutter has noticed it as Sam mentioned in the second period.
 
Win or lose this team is not last year's frustration!
There's a lot to like.
 
Team does look a lot better without Glass in the lineup. Keep up the focus/pressure here.
