    No big deal Steve as myself & others through PMs have noticed, over the last few months Tom has turned into a sanctimonious pompous ass with an ego the size of Texas. Hopefully eventually he'll snap out of it & return to the good poster he use to be. But who knows maybe someday I could be as right about SOME things as he is about EVERYTHING.

    So, how about those 5-34 Knicks?

    Disagreements are never a problem.


    One of the most necessary eye openers, I have ever heard in Mgmt. Training, IS: "If you and your Boss always agree, then one of you is not necessary".

    Thus I expect opposing views, and at times, try to execute as much, with a questionable or over the top remark. ON occasion not always.

    Agreeing to disagree is essential for growth......!!!

    Geez, this gives me flashback into the early early 80s.

    After obliterating a job, done like pure shit, with Inspection Squawk Stickers lit up like a Xmas tree. This young kid who did the pitful job, got in my face, and said "you fucking asshole".....like a Earl Weaver, I turned my Bill around on my head, got Nose to Nose, and said, "I'd be damned offended, if you called me anything less than an asshole".....pure spontaneity....!

    I thought that kid thought I was going to deck him, and was in the same position an hour later, as if he was still trying to figure out what just happened.

    The 1st part is true, the second, a small exaggeration....!
