    I'm maybe the only Blazers fan who never liked Anthony. Felt he was a sneaky, self-promoting, back-stabbing cancer who put his personal goals above the team and derailed it's success.

    Worlds's oldest profession for a reason. Just make it legal. Never made sense that it is OK to have sex for free, but if you pay a couple dollars for it, you could land in jail for 180 days and lose your job.

    He's trying to fill Charles Barkley's shoes. Did Barkley get suspended when he bought that hooker in Phoenix? Atleast Anthony went to seek help from a professional instead of a hotel maid.

    Sex for free? Where? Shit, legal sex costs more with drink prices, food prices, ect. And god forbid you start dating or get married. Prostitution should be legal or women should be required to have sex with anyone. Its the only 2 fair choices.

    Why single out the Blazers? Why not former Knicks, Grizzlies, Sonics, Bulls or Bucks PG arrested in prostitution sting? Do you miss the Jailblazers era? Singling out Anthony as a Blazer is exactly what the media did for years after all the bad apples were gone.

    It does seem ironic that Anthony gets arrested now when he never had any off the court problems while he was in Portland during the height of the Jailblazers era.

    Duh, the cops can't coerce hookers into giving it away free if they don't arrest them. They couldn't care less about Greg Anthony, just have to arrest the guys to keep up appearances.

    Cops waste a lot of public resources doing craigslist prostitution stings around here. Then every levy they put out gets passed. It seriously pisses me off they waste my money like that.

    Because believe it or not there are plenty of prostitutes who don't want to be doing what they're doing but don't have a safe way out of it. There's a story behind where each person is where they're at in life (prostitution or otherwise), and I know multiple people personally who've been rescued out of it, and have friends who volunteer with organizations that help people in those circumstances. It's a lot more complicated than just sex, and the idea of mutual consent with a prostitute isn't as simple as people like to make it. Especially when to us a lot of times we just stereotype them as anonymous women (and men) who are just finding a way to make some money.
