Let's be real. The NFL is so lacking in integrity that had the Colts not physically filed a complaint, nothing would have come of this at all despite the NFL saying they were already proactively monitoring the situation. I've said it before; it would be appropriate, especially this season, for the Patriots to win the Super Bowl.

Good points Tom but I still think the punishment (assuming there even is one) will be very little. But with that said with there 2nd controversy The'll become the most hated team in the NFL. If they're not already.
...not saying it won't happen but unlike cheating, I don't believe there's a provision for specific penalties for knocking out your GF in an elevator or beating your child so badly it leaves welts on him. ...there's a difference in breaking the rules of football and committing an actual crime.
