I Don't think Bush is the best president ever, but he's defiently not a communist, I think moreso then any other president, Bush gets criticized and criticued(SP) for almost everything he does and say.

Is this thread a joke? One thing I will never understand, is how people say they hate the U.S. but they live here. Why? Move if it is so bad for you. This is reffering to the statement made that Noah doesn't like the U.S. but lives here.As for all this war stuff. Noah, you do know that if you want to blame some one for the war in Iraq, you have to blame Congress as much as if not more than Bush. Bush can't declare war on any country. Congress does that. Bush can present his case to Congress and try to get them to do it, but it is up to Congress in the end. Our country is based off the fact that we didn't want a "king" to rule the country by himself. I am sure you know this, but regardless of people saying "they know our country isn't ruled by just one person" they act like the President of the U.S. is some kind of king to blame problems and success on like he is the only one running this country. The truth is, he isn't. The President is the Commander and Chief, not the King and Ruler. The Executive, Judicial, and Legislative run this country together. Sure the President is the poster boy of the head of the government, and he has tons of power, but he doesn't have the ulitmate power, he can't do anything that the other branches of government don't agree with. So the point of all of this is, by saying Bush is communist because of the war and other things and the fact that all things done by Bush is checked by our other Branches of government, you are really saying our governemnt is communist, and by saying our government is communist, you are saying our country is communist. Which is just retarded in its self.

He can keep them there, as long as congress does not tell him to withdraw. If congress tells the president to withdraw then he has to in like 60 days or something like that. That is why Korea, Vietnam, and the first Gulf war are not technically counted as wars they are counted as police actions or something like that. We have not formally declared war since World War 2. That's the same with Iraq and Afghanistan, on neither one of those has a formal declaration of war been made, so technically we are not at war right now. So Bush is pretty much to blame for us being there, and congress is to blame for not telling him to withdraw his troops.

But I think the rule is they have to be back in 60 days unless Congress says other wise, not they can stay as long as they want unless Congress says otherwise, and then they have 60 days to come back. So Congress had to approve the action of the troops being sent for them to stay as long as they have. If I remember right, I could be wrong. It costs hardly anything to live in Scandanavia. Their socialist governments will pretty much buy you a place to live, as I have heard.Noah won't move, because America has far better employment rates than almost anywhere else. It's pretty ironic.
