Ranger's D solid enough to take them to conference final
Krieder, Zucc, Hags and St. Louis must contribute in the goal column or team will likely go in as wild card
Watching the Isles _bruins game, Ranger's would lose to both of them. Bruins very physical against the Isles and it had an effect. Ranger's will lose all 5 against Isles unless they take it to them physically. And for all you Tanner Glass haters, I believe you will see his ice time increase as his physical presence on the ice will become more important as the schedule goes on. The loss of Boyle and Pouliot and there size has hurt more than we realize.

I agree with the loss of Boyle and Pouliot but I don't think Glass is the answer

The D is a weak spot, Staal and Girardi get pushed around like Burger King wrappers in Katrina against bigger teams. McDonagh isn't being more than average this year which drags them down even further.

We are 4th in goals against per game this season. 4th last season. 4th the season prior to that. AND 3rd the season prior to that.

Yes, clearly the D is a weak spot...LOL. Please keep up the comedy sc...love it.

Depth is the weak spot for this team. If they can acquire two guys to plug in the bottom six with the forwards we already have I think we can strengthen them it's just a matter of who. Santorelli? He won't add size ... Winnik? He won't add skill... Vermette? he won't put us over the top.. It will be interesting what Sather does. I wouldn't be surprised if he does nothing

Team has to work through these periods of drought. Nothing like
hard work. Cannot keep trading youth for stop-gap players who
are gone the next year. It becomes a vicious circle. How long will
Rangers be playing musical chairs with 3rd & 4th liners.......
