They are stinking up the joint again except for hank and Nash.

Seeing AV fully change up the lines tells you yet again we are short upfront. Simply not a lot of dangerous players outside of Nash, Stepan, and when he is going Kreider.

Brassard has been invisible. MSL is way off his game (no way we can give this dude more than 3 mill or so next season). Put an APB out for Zucc. Miller makes a bad pass and is on the 4th line again, and will be scratched next game (can't kill AV with that dumb play by Miller).

Sather has some work to do upfront man.

Kreider is so weird. He is asleep half the game then all of sudden he is flying all over the ice.

MSL will take 3 million one year contract and retire as ranger. No way this guy wants to go play for other team.

    I agree on MSL.

Much needed win tonight. Didn't play well the first 30 minutes, but got the 2 points, which is all that matters. And give AV a lot of credit. Team took off after his line changes...good for AV.

Thankfully Hank was ok. That had the chance to be so much worse.

McDonagh has been a bumbling idiot all season. I'd scratch him to send him a message that he has sucked this season. J. Moore was great last night.

I agree about J. Moore, he should be in the lineup every night over Hunwick. Can't have 3 little guys in the lineup not producing. MSL has a long track record of reliability and was huge during last year's Cup run. Zuccarello had a breakout year last season but is significantly off that pace, needs to shoot the puck more. Hags had a head turning rookie season but has seen production drop every year. Despite his great speed you rarely see Hags use it to make something happen. Every time he gets the puck Hags breaks for the boards making it easy for a defender to eliminate his speed advantage.

Hags has 10g 10a, might get 30points but that is really what kind of player he is, a 3rd line penalty killer. With that said he should not be offered more than 2.5 mil a year

I agree strud. Hags is a 3rd line wing. 16 or 17 goals 35 or so points (on pace for 17 goals and 34 points this season). Guess what he did last season...17 goals and 33 points.

So you can get on him and want more, that is up to you guys, but it looks to me like he is what he is. 16 or 17 goals and 32-35 points. A 3rd line winger.

Now I wouldn't give him much more than his current 2.5 mill cap hit, wouldn't go higher than 2.8 or so, but I can't kill a guy for getting the numbers I think are the numbers he is capable of.
