    Can't defend this guy anymore. You guys are right. He has been terrible the last handful of games. Did the same thing last game. Not sure what his deal is. And after the give away he made it worse by not taking the man. Awful play.

    This team looks flat and has for 4 games now since the AS break.

    Seems McD is in a bit of a mental funk this year. Hopefully he can shake it and be the AS type he can.

    It's not all on McD..........this team better get its head out of its ass.
    Too many giveaways. Not playing well after the break......with Boston
    and Nashville on the horizon. At this rate, tonight is a must win vs
    a very good Florida team.

    Florida is built very similar to the Isles but a little younger.

    Florida will be a team to be reckon with in the future. They do have some nice young talent.

    SOG.....too little. GiveAways....too many. FO....16 out of 44 won.

    Florida will lay one on this Ranger team. Rangers looking to lay an egg........
    at home.

    The way they are giving away the puck in the zone, Hank does not have
    any chance tonight.

    Two things that this team has sucked for years are getting a shot off an odd man rush and clearing the puck out of their own zone.

    God what's with all those annoying people whistling there. That's so irritating when I'm trying to watch the game. They really opened the garden to rats tonight

    Took care of business beating two teams we needed to beat at home, Carolina and Florida, so that is good. But if we want to beat Boston on Wednesday night we'll need to play much better. Hope we step it up.

    Boston is always a tough opponent for them but hopefully they get themselves a win. They're three points away from the Islanders again with a game in hand.

    Long way to go, but if you said 1st and we get the Caps or 2nd and we get the Pens, I would take 2nd. Rather play the Pens and their bad D and questionable playoff goalie than the Caps. The Pens would want revenge from last season, but the Caps are always a battle and I think we matchup well with the Pens this season.

    I'd take first Chuck so there is a chance to get home ice if they advance to later rounds. Then again they are due to lose against the Caps in a playoff series
