The Warriors biggest slight is their second unit. They can score, but the offense doesn't run anywhere near as smoothly, a lot of possessions end with contested jump shots.. It has been going on all year and is hurting them right now.

Told you guys. Hopefully Dallas comes back. How do you blow a 20 point lead against the Warriors?

You have a tendency to drive me crazy with your absolute anti-empirical way of thinking. But I can't fault you for being you, so I guess I have to just applaud you for sticking to your guns.

We beat the Mavs by 21. Not impressed with Warriors tonight. Warriors can't play D.

10-20 for 26 points (in our only game this year against GSW)? It's a good night, and I'll take it, but that's not exactly dominating to the point that you can discount other guys having hot nights, especially Curry/Thompson.

And in the last 3 years, he's 2-4 against them averaging 21.5ppg, 13rpg on 6.5/19 (34%). Hardly dominating.

Warriors are scary good this year. They have to come back down to earth at some point, right?

That's regular season Aldridge. Warriors can't guard playoffs Aldridge.

They're not built for playoffs so expect them to disappear in early May.

How do you know that when there's no stats against the warriors in the playoffs with Aldridge? How do WE know we're getting that aldridge? We can't assume that every playoff we're gonna get that from LA. That's just setting yourself up for disappointment.

They have a better record against the west than we do, so we must really not be ready for the playoffs.

It's not bone-on-bone though. He could have played on it (and was) and decided that it would be better to see what he could do about his sore knee now. This is from his doctor by the way... "Howard was playing through the pain and would have kept playing, he was eventually on board with this recommendation...Edema on bone caused pain. Primary treatment is rest....not a big deal." the medical people around Dwight don't really seemed to be all that concerned.

Yeah, Dwight Howard wasn't the reason the Rockets lost in the first round. Harden had more to do with that...oh and Parsons playing no defense and Lin's wild play. Dwight Howard has more playoff success than the guys on your team. So not sure what you're talking about, I guess this is like your "Rockets falling down the standings." thing.

To be fair, Dorrell Wright does have a ring.

Huh.... This sounds eerily familiar to another team we know and love..... lol.

And yes, the Splash brothers are head and shoulders above the Rain Bros. hurts to say it, but their coach is just putting them in a much better position to do what they do best.

Well that, and the fact that they simply do what they do best better than our bros do what they do best.

As a Blazer fan, you should know regular season records don't mean shit in the playoffs. Houston had our lunch last season, had a better record at home, better against the west, and a better offense. We should have swept them, but we won anyway 4-2.

Then we looked dominant against the Spurs in the regular season, yet they almost swept us.
