Jets faltering; Kane a healthy scratch

Now that's an organization going abaolutely nowhere. They have some real garbage there.

 

Rough night. Isles down 2-0...win in a SO. Caps down 1-0...win 2-1. Preds and Rinne not sharp and get beat at home by the Ducks. Bad for us looking forward to Saturday...odds the Preds lose two straight at home are not good.

 

I guess in the end its more important probably just putting distance between the wc spots and the cut.

 

That ship sailed 2-3 weeks ago. The 8 teams in the East are 90% locked in. The odds of the Panthers passing the Bruins or Caps is very slim.

 

Probably, thought it may be a little early to feel too comfortable.

 

Pretty obvious Kane has been trying to get himself traded. Problem with that strategy is every GM out there is wondering if the moron who is overpaid will end up doing the same thing if they trade for him. He should have just said, "Look, I don't like Winnipeg. I don't want to live or play here. I'll play my ass off for you this season so you can get a good return but please trade me or I have to hold out the following season until a deal is done."

 

Now the moron might have long term, shoulder surgery. So, his value has dropped even more. No contending team making a move for this season is going to give up a ton for a guy who won't play again this year.

 

Bryan Little is another they should look at, though i don't know how long he's signed.
