Is there a player more clutch than Lillard?

Sergio was multiple times better than Lillard at the most essential point guard skill, passing.

4th-best rookie year in history in assist %

#5 rookie year in assists per possession

#11 rookie year in assists per minute

Note the asterisks after the names. Sergio beat every rookie in history who later became an NBA Hall-of-Famer, except Stockton in one list, the third list.

More Clutch . LeBron sounds like the name that fits the phrase. I would give two bits for Curry (this year) .

I don't mean to be rough with you, Homer. I have my whole routine down for when Boob questions the greatness of Sergio.

You don't want me to pull out my other lists. Suffice it to say that I am fully capable of proving that Sergio is the 2nd-greatest PG of all time, after Stockton, a legendary rivalry. I have proven this to Boob, and he dares not take me on in statistics, at which his skill is limited.

He may not be hitting his 3 point shot in clutch scenarios right now but he is taking it to the hoop like a mo fo. And he definitely had some clutch layups last night when we were putting the game away. No matter how long his "slump" lasts, even if it was the rest of the year, I am 1000000000% sure that it will come back. Nobody is that good from deep and just never gets that back after a slump. In the meantime his game is getting more and more well rounded. His ability to take it to the hoop is becoming Tony Parker or Steve Nash-esq.

I was wondering if anyone else noticed that. His ability to finish at the rim has dramatically improved this year. And that is freaking huge! Every outside shooter has slumps, but if you can attack the basket you are always going to score.

Well, I deserve it for being so ignorant of Sergio's greatness. It's shocking and unfair that he didn't make it in the NBA and is banished to Spain where his millions are in Euros and he's only having sex with hairy foreign women.

    Yes, I think he was.

    And don't call him "Surely".
