I know...I would love him here. He'd be a great fit for the 4th line and can bump up from time to time as well.
I think I rather have him than Sant if given the choice. You are right on that Prod. Then try and add some scoring in another smaller deal. I haven't heard us mentioned with Winnik at all though, so don't count on it. Maybe the Pens.
I think Derek Stepan needs to stop taking faceoffs. It's time they let Kreider or Nash, whoever is on his line, take draws and learn how to use their size and strength. Stepan is an embarrassment on draws. I'd even have St. Louis take them.
On a side note, the Panthers are about to get really good. Huberdeau has 14 points in his last 15 games. He's about to take a huge step up. Those young players are starting to arrive and Ekblad is going to be a monster.
Panthers do have a good future. A couple of good young teams in the East. Time for us is now and the next two seasons. Get it done Glen.
