    It's not us that Neil has to make happy. It's those he intends on signing in the offseason he has to satisfy. He has to build a case that he has done everything he possibly could do to put them in a better position to win.

    I don't think we allowed to trade our draft pick 2 years in a row, which is why "draft rights" are traded during the draft. So, if we trade a 1st rounder, it's probably the 2016 pick.

    Well said. It has been frustrating to watch the teams we are competing with in the West bolster their rosters with the likes of Green, Waiters, Rondo, Brewer, J Smith (FA). Getting better w/o having to give up much sounds pretty good to me.
