I don't know about anyone else but I love those "crisp" games with tight games with the pitchers throwing smoke that surpasses the hitters hand and eye co--ordination. If you can't adjust to the game and run with the big dogs then stay on the porch with the pussy cats.

...^^^exactly...and changing the strike zone will affect pitching stats (Ks per 9, ERA, etc) which is not fair when compared to other pitchers from a different era. It also won't keep different Umps from calling strikes differently, even as they do now. It also won't keep batters from swinging at pitches out of said strike zone.

I agree Ron, the game has been this way for well over 100 years & no one has complained so far. So leave it alone.

No need to shrink it, just enforce the one we have. No consequences for rogue umps.

I gotta agree as well, leave the K-Zone alone. Enough Umps have problems finding it as it is....!!!

Besides, I love a good NO Hitter, or Poyfect game..!

A good pitchers duel is always nice (Marichal vs. Gibson) but I'll take a 10-9 game any day. Love the action.

Agreed, and Yep, it didn't get better than Gibson, Marichal, or Koufax.
