This guy makes Lara Flynn Boyle seem well-rounded.Morrison is a 6-9 forward playing 35 minutes a night, and yet he's grabbed three offensive rebounds the entire season. While I'd expect the 38.5 percent shooting mark to improve, Morrison's marks of 2.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists aren't nearly enough to offset his occasional scoring outbursts. In fact, his 4.5 Rebound Rate is the worst of any player 6-7 or taller, and only one player bigger than 6-3 (more on him below) is worse.
Marcus WilliamsRajon RondoShannon BrownDee BrownGuys Who Should be Starting:Jordan FarmarDaniel GibsonAndrea Bargnani
QUOTE

After a slow start, the top overall pick has put together six straight double-figure efforts and seems to be getting comfortable with the NBA 3-point distance.Sure, he can't guard a rock right now, but the Raps aren't getting much from Rasho Nesterovic anyway, and the kid's translated European stats suggest he's even better than he's shown thus far.
Under-the radar-studsRonnie BrewerLamarcus AldridgeCraig SmithROY Paul Millsap
Marcus Williams has been everything but a disappointment for the Nets. Dont argee with that one at all. Havnt really been following the other rookies so I cant comment on them.
Again, this makes me wonder why people pay for ESPN insider...I could have given a better analysis...christ almighty. Everyone knew Adam Morrison wouldn't rebound or get assists...why is this idiot so suprised. They drafted him for scoring...his shooting will come around...we aren't even at mid-season.

This is not a well thought out rookie analysis at all.Marcus Williams is dissapointing are you kidding me? He is playing as Kidds backup, and doing very well in that role. He has shown that he has good passing skills, his shot seems solid, and he looks like he will be very good.I also agree, the only thing Morrison was brought in for, was to shoot and put the ball in the basket. If they was depending on a rebounder and defensive player when drafting, Morrison would not be a Bobcat right now. The only thing dissapointing about Rondo, is that he has Doc Rivers coaching him. I don't like hardly any of his dissapointing players.

Being a second round draft pick, and having to battle with Deron Williams and Derek Fisher for playing time I really was not expecting much from him.
It's not Rondo's fault Rivers is an idiot and doesn't play him. He's in love with the defensively inept Telfair.
