Life in prison has to be worse. With death u just die and dont have to suffer. With life in prison, u have to sit in a cell for years without anything to do but think about what u did and read books and sh*t. I cant even go through one day w/o electricity and TV and sh*t w/o getting bored, just imagine how much it would suck to spend the rest of your life like that.I think unless it is someone really dangerous like Bin Laden or someone who could do something to the counrtry as a whole if he were to escape, we should not use the death penalty and dont use stuff that cost a lot like lethal injections, shoot them or go old school and hang them, how much can a rpoe or a gun cost compared to the injections?

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>the death penatly is only expensive because of the number of appeals and legal BS that goes on before a convict gets death. I believe it should be one appeal and if you lose that than you die. also it shouldn't be this lethal injection sh*t, thats another thing that cost a lot of money. it should be a bullet, its quick painless, effective and cheap.</div>yes, but people today still get executed when they're innocent, even with "all that legal BS". A lot of the people on death row are just there because they were at the scene and fit the description of, as Chapelle would say "A black man, height between 4'3" and 6'7"". Obviously I'm exaggerating somewhat, but there are a lot of undeserving people on death row even with all the appeals. The day we get an infallible court system is the day I'll support the penalty.

On the death penalty I say: If they admit to doing it, and it's severe enough, kill em.
