Yao with two straight buckets. But on one play, a guy just sneaked up from the baseline on him, and nearly stripped him. Yao really needs to work on watching out on his blind side.

Wow, McGrady with the nice pass. Practically got the defense just to focus on him then passed it up to Juwan for the dunk.Halftime. 52-31.McGrady and Yao have 17 a piece. Rockets are playing pretty good so far. Good ballmovement and everything. Their defense is pretty good too.

Rockets win in a blowout. 92-62. This was a pretty nice game. We can do better though. Nice ballmovement and all that. Yao racked up 21 points and 6 rebounds while McGrady racked up 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The Big two didn't even play in the 2nd half. And there was only one player on the Bobcats that scored in double digits. (Felton with 16) So great defense by the Rockets.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (P0W3RBALLIN @ Dec 8 2006, 11:14 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Ownage.</div>It would be more ownage if Yao and TMac played the 2nd Half. :beee:Another ownage thing is their defense. The Houston Rockets allowed the fewest points in franchise history. Woot!<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>CHARLOTTE, Dec. 8 (AP) -- Tracy McGrady scored 23 points, Yao Ming added 21 and the Houston Rockets allowed the fewest points in franchise history in a 92-62 victory over the Charlotte Bobcats on Friday night. The Rockets allowed one fewer point than they did a week ago in a win over Cleveland and held the Bobcats to a franchise-worst 28 percent shooting. McGrady and Yao, who combined to shoot 10-for-40 in a loss to Minnesota on Wednesday, ended the suspense early. McGrady was 6-of-8 in the first quarter as the Rockets built a 31-17 lead. Yao scored 12 points in the second period, when the Rockets led by as many as 21. Houston took a 33-point lead in the third quarter and McGrady and Yao sat out much of the fourth. Raymond Felton scored 16 points and was the only player in double figures for the Bobcats, who committed 21 turnovers. Charlotte shattered its previous low point total of 71 set against Indiana in Dec. 2004, during its inaugural season. Rookie Adam Morrison was the poster boy for Charlotte's offensive problems, scoring two points on 1-of-11 shooting. In the past three games, Morrison has eight points on 3-of-26 shooting. But he wasn't alone: Charlotte missed 22 of its first 27 shots. Morrison missed mid-range and long jumpers. Felton barely hit the iron on consecutive shots. Emeka Okafor and Primoz Brezec missed tip-ins. And that was when the Bobcats even got a shot off - they had 11 first-half turnovers. Charlotte didn't get its sixth field goal of the game until more than 17 minutes had passed, and by then Houston had built a 21-point lead. The Bobcats weren't much better trying to contain Yao. Brezec and Okafor each had two fouls less than five minutes into the game. The Rockets led 52-31 at halftime, with the Bobcats shooting 25 percent - one point off the worst one-half performance in team history. The Bobcats were without point guard Brevin Knight (strained left calf), meaning Felton was the only true point guard, and Charlotte could never get going against a team they've had success against. The Bobcats were 3-1 all-time against Houston, including 2-0 at home. Notes: The Bobcats' previous worst shooting night was 32 percent against Toronto last season. ... The Bobcats just avoided their worst loss, which is a 32-point defeat at Philadelphia in March 2005. ... Knight said he'll be out until at least Wednesday's game at Cleveland. ... Bobcats G Matt Carroll missed his second straight game with a sprained right elbow. ... The Rockets improved to 8-1 against Eastern Conference teams. Charlotte is 1-7 against the West. ... The Rockets outrebounded an opponent for the 15th time in 19 games.</div>NBA Recaphttp://www.nba.com/games/20061208/HOUCHA/recap.html

Next up, The Washington Wizards. :nasty:EDIT:<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>After watching one of the best defensive performances in franchise history, Rockets coach Jeff Van Gundy acknowledged that he's coaching a pretty good defensive team.He won't get any arguments from the Bobcats. Behind a swarming man-to-man defense, the Rockets allowed the fewest points in franchise history and clobbered the Bobcats 92-62 Friday night at Charlotte Bobcats Arena. The Rockets (13-6) allowed one less point than the 63 points that Cleveland scored against them on Dec. 2 and held Charlotte to a franchise-worst 28.4 percent shooting. No other team in the NBA has held two opponents under 65 points this season like the Rockets.Houston has certainly proven to be one of the league's toughest defensive teams through the first month of the season. "When we play energetic defense, I think we can be pretty good," Van Gundy said. "I think Shane (Battier) is a very good defender and he?s very disciplined. We did some good things tonight, but I think Charlotte's injuries were a big factor." The Rockets entered Friday night's game allowing the fewest points in the NBA at 87.9 points per game. That number, of course, continues to drop. With Brevin Knight out of the lineup with a calf injury, Charlotte missed 22 of its first 25 shots and didn't reach the 20-point plateau in a single quarter.Adam Morrison, the Bobcats' rookie sensation, made only 1-of-11 shots from the field for two points and Charlotte's leading scorer Emeka Okafor finished with only eight points. The Bobcats wound up finishing with the lowest scoring output in franchise history."Unfortunately we came out slow tonight on a great team, a team who executed well and played great team ball," said Charlotte guard Raymond Felton, who was the only Bobcat to reach double figures with 16 points. "They came out and took advantage of everything. We had that slow start and didn?t have any energy and they just exploded on us. It was hard to get back." The Rockets were never seriously threatened by the Bobcats thanks to the defensive performance.Houston built an early 14-point cushion after a hot-shooting first quarter and eventually extended the lead to 33 points in the third quarter. Before spending the entire fourth quarter on the bench, Rockets swingman Tracy McGrady had his most efficient shooting performance of the season. He scored 15 of his 23 points in the first quarter by making six of his first eight shots. He ended up sinking nine of 13 field goals.Yao Ming, who was coming off a rough performance against Minnesota, added 21 points. The Rockets, however, couldn't help talking about their defensive effort after the game. "From a defensive standpoint, we can be great night in and night out," McGrady said. "We have a great structure and we have a great coach that demands that. We have the talent as well. We just have to believe that we can do it night in and night out."</div>Rockets.com Recaphttp://www.nba.com/rockets/news/Rockets_se...-199329-34.html[IMG][IMG]

http://files.filefront.com/120706_B...;/fileinfo.htmlI suggest you download this. You can see great ballmovement from the Rockets. And even though McGrady scored 23 points(in 25 minutes or something like that), He looked like the old TMac out there. But you can see him delivering Steve Nash like passes.
