I've re watched the Houston series multiple times and observed a lot

Barton and TRob need an environment they can work through mistakes and hone their craft. Being a competitive team is not the right place for them right now. I'm glad they are off the team but its possible in a few years when they better know their strengths and weaknesses they can contribute to a winning team.
