Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy will seek immediate reinstatement into the NFL, a league source told ESPN.com. The decision to seek reinstatement came on the heels of a U.S. District Judge ruling on Thursday that an NFL arbitrator "failed to meet his duty" in a child abuse case against Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson.
