You are only the 2nd person I know who currently has an AOL address.... A far cry from the vast majority of people 20 years ago...

....well, I know plenty who do...FYI, there are still about 2.5 Million "paying" AOL users (I'm not one of them)...and there are still over 24 Million current AOL email address (I am one of them)
.... I also have a Yahoo account and a Gmail account. On the AOL mail start page there are always news bits which is where the link came from. Does it really matter where it originated?

... Not sure why this has been made an issue...but if it makes you feel better, whatever.

I seriously can't believe people still pay for AOL. Ron I wasn't making fun of you or anyone else. I just can't believe they're still around. I have so many good stories about them. Does anyone remember how absurd it was to try and cancel them back in the day?

The only people I know using AOL are, let's say, my elders...

...like I said I'm not a paying member. The first internet account I had was with a company called Compuserve who was bought out by AOL...my email addy was simple migrated to AOL and I've had it ever since....my relatives, my friends, and my customers are all familiar with my old AOL addy so there's no need to change it...I also use my google and yahoo accounts too, just not as often.

...well, so what?...what can I tell you?...like I said, there are 24 Million of them out there...get out and meet more people.

...wait, I'm the one "making it an issue"?...seriously?...how do you figure that?

...I wasn't even the one who brought up AOL and laughed about it...it's irrelevant....I have no idea what is so funny about someone having an AOL email address...again, there are about 25,000,000 people who still do.

Some may think AOL is a dinosaur......but it sure as Hell is nothing like Atari....!

In its day, with the inception of the I-Net, one can't refute AOL was a major player......!

A year ago, I was still using a squirrel cage, or- dial up modem, now THAT IS out dated, and something to laugh about. I was 1st in line to laugh at myself, (for using a out dated modem, which could not even stream, while it took me approx. 5 minutes to post 1 response).....now that is laughable........

Now this is effing hilarious. One would think a brick bouncing off a car window, and knocking the crook on his ass, not once, but what looked like several times, .... now this is Hilarious......as the crook obviously didn't learn his lesson the 1st or 2nd time, kept trying until he got caught by the car's owner.....and Yep, that is Hilarious or flat out desperate futility of a fool......good one 59....

Made me think of this tune immediately:
