CJ proved he's not ready for major minutes.

I think Neil ought to look at the D-League. The obvious choice would be Jabari Brown:

    24 PPG | 40 3PT% | 6'4" | 22 y/o

McCollum would be putting up those same numbers if he was playing or the D-Fenders.

    Won't happen but...

Ray Allen. There is a spot and time for him now in the perfect system.

Btw. He's not a two guard but really like what I saw out of Gee. He had a very Kerseyisk like dunk.

Well, when he played in Idaho: 18 ppg | 11 3PT%

Yeah because a D-Leaguer will be leagues above CJ. CJ is fine and was doing fine pre-all star break. Any D-Leaguer will be on just as short as leash as CJ.

    He's a shooter.

Troy Daniels anyone? He was a late season call-up.

CJ was playing great before the trade deadline. We can roll with him for 10-12 minutes.

Nothing wrong with adding one of these guys you are all mentioning to sit on the bench. We can use some depth.
But none of those names will leapfrog CJ ,Gee, and Crabbe. Blake will also get more minutes than he has since the trade, with Dame getting a few more at SG.

Ray Allen is not changing his mind.

Blazers could give Xavier Henry another go around in the league.

In the other thread... The playoff deadline roster signings were March 1st. The players signed would only be able to play for the regular season

I would look at Crawford or Henry. Obviously Ray Allen would be ideal.

+> Yeah The quote about him spending time with his family was on the ESPN lower screen promp. I say we gel and all STEP up. Gee came in with authority. Maybe more half court shot at half time "win a car people" ought to be part of our games too.
