Classy move by Reggie. A National batters bat went into the stands above the Yankees dugout & hit a lady, Reggie not only autographed a baseball for her but went into the stands to hand deliver it to her. Then he sat beside making sure she was okay.
I like the hustle I'm seeing from this kid Pirela. 2-2 with an infield rbi single. Yankees lead 2-1 in the 5th.
They all "look good" in spring training. You'd like to see those kids surprise, make the big club and succeed. Remember Solarte last year, kid was raking then hit a wall, I was really pulling for him to make it. When traded to San Diego I heard he took out a classy ad thanking Yankee Fans for their support.
I may have mentioned this already but after the game there was a special about CC & his weight training. being interviewed by Meredith, Dressed in tight black pants & a black top, I've gotta tell you, black is suppose to make you look thinner but DAMN! it wasn't working for her.
