    He initiated it by talking shit to Williams and getting in his face after Myers and Williams were already separated. I think it was funny and added entertainment value to a blowout win, but the fracas was over and Joel started it back up again.

    The play before on the other side of the court I remember seeing Meyers get shoved enough so that he fell back stumbling, almost enough to fall. I don't know who pushed him but he was definitely shoved on the other side of the court immediately before the resulting trip down the court. I'm guessing the player who pushed him before was Williams.

    Leonard's sudden improvement in defense may be caused by some pushing we don't see. He used to foul too much. Maybe he has finally learned to hide (from spectators and refs, but not from opponents) fouls when he tries to stop players under the hoop. This plus the blowout frustrated Williams.

    I'm just hypotheticatically conjecturating.
