Coming off solid win against Isles last night, Hawks face
off against "injury-plagued"(not my words.....espn, tsn,
hn term for>>) Rangers today. Like, no one else has injuries.
Hawks have injuries but they are not plagued!

Let's show 'em how 'plagued' we are. GO RANGERS.

    Awesome, another night with Pierre.

"Hey Doc speaking of (random player), he played his junior hockey with the Saskatchewan Salmon Runners of the OFJCSHL under coach Benoit Lieanneax, and thats where he really learned how to pass the puck."

At some point the Rangers will have to lose a game. If you look at the Isles and Pens folding, these regular season games don't mean a ton, unless you are crazy about 1st in the East or the Pres trophy. The Met and home ice in rounds 1 and 2 is 99% locked up. So now we say just stay healthy. All that matters.

.500 the rest of the way would be 109 points.

Giving guys a game off here and there will pay dividends in the playoffs, especially with back to backs coming and playoff intensity. The excellent point made about the loss of two call ups because of tardy contract work is inexcusable but AV could still use one to give a kid some ice time. No need for the team to head into the playoffs with dead legs, I don't think sitting one regular from the top 2 lines for one game to get a few solid days rest would be the difference in winning a game.

It's fine as long as you don't kill guys. You don't want McD and Girardi out there for 28 minutes.

pretty sure you want to test your self as a team against the top teams, they only play chicago twice a year, etc, so they want to try to figure them out before they could play them in the finals etc, i would much rather them lose to a bum team to a good team, being prepared is what makes you succesful in the playoffs. This game may not seem like it matters, but it matters, not about the points, but to prove, hey we can beat chicago twice with talbot, without msl, i expect a higher scoring game then the last time few weeks back.

and since i put money on the rangers tonight, i hope im right (i never put money on my team), i say a 4-2 rangers win. Whose with me?

As good as this team has been they still frustrate me with the passing at bad times.

They must of sent these refs from Chicago. Somebody needs to fire a puck at one of them.

Hopefully some calls will go the rangers way in the second period.

That is why Glass cannot play on this team. He was covering air as Richards waited to shoot...LOL.

When we get to the playoffs and everyone is healthy I will be very angry if AV plays Glass.

Like I said earlier. They go for the low percentage pass instead of shooting far too often. Get the damn thing on net and see what happens.
