    I've been tough on LMA in the past on these forums - but credit, where credit is due. . .
    LaMarcus has really 'Toughened Up' this year. He's pulling more than his share of the 'weight' and is shaping into a much more effective leader.
    Let's hope his hand is OK for the final stretch!
