At least when he gets on base he doesn't sit there and watch a ton of pitches before he breaks for second…oh wait, yeah, he does that too.
Maybe, if I keep telling myself during this season, "It's only spring training"...... Nah. That won't work! But, I'll be numb. Not a bad residual to watching a bad team.

You remember Francisco Cervelli. He's having a great spring. Wish him well this season. He is still pumping his fist. Miss that energy.
...Cervelli was cheap and a much better option than the young Yankee backup catchers have illustrated so far. Now Cisco will finally get to play pretty much every day...and I would think that would help him even more.
And his plan is........first, get to first base; second, know how to read a pitcher; third, try to hit doubles. He still has not figured step two.......after 7 years in the league. Yes, very much over- rated.
