Whos your fav bench player and why. My favorite bench player is Kurt Thomas because hes a good defender.
Eduardo Najera- I love his heart and hustle on the court, He is very active on the boards. He may be a starter now but he has and always will be coming off the bench.Reggie Evans- He may not have an offensive game to save his life but he is one of the best rebounders in the entire league.Corey Maggette- He's a great scorer, He works hard. Gotta love C-Maggz.
One player I love off the bench is Mo Evans for the Lakers. He always comes in with alot of energy and he is very explosive and athletic. He has a good jumpshot and he finishes above the rim which I love about him.Andrew Bynum is another. He comes in off the bench backing up Kwame and doesn't give away that much. He is a very good shot blocker, and his post moves are great for his age. I think I like him so much because he is so young....

Ronnie Price of the Sacramento Kings. He works hard but he got the short end of the stick when the King's drafted and signed Douby and Salmons. He is a better PG than they are, though. He's also better than Jason Hart.
Gerald Green: Energetic, so much potential, strokes the 3 ball, throws down some illmatic dunks from time to time. Its a good time watching G, hes some high quality entertainment
Luther Head and Kirk Snyder(before broken hand). Homerish but I love when these guys come off the bench. They have so much spark in them and they just lead the offense off the bench. Luther will pop a three on you or drive it in. Kirk will also pop a shot on you or drive it in also.
Nate Robinson and David Lee. Huge parts of the Knicks they get the home crowd fired up and bring energy off the bench.
Jeff Foster - never stops runningEarl Boykins - go little dude!Bobby Jackson - a very talented scorer off the benchShaun Livingston - Outstanding playmaker...
My "favorite"? TREVOR ARIZA! He had 19pt 7rbs 2ast off the bench tonight against Phoenix. That guy is a monster. Also, Keyon Dooling and & Carlos Arroyo.
Favorite Celtics Bench Players- Al Jefferson: He is starting as of right now, but that's because Perk and Ratliff are out (so is Kandi-Man). But Big Al has so much potential in this league, and he's finally coming around. He is a very consistant rebounder, he has a very nice low post arsenal offensively, he's mobile and quick, he can play for PF and C, and he is a good shot blocker. Also, he has had some questions regarding his work ethic in the past, but he has really started to buckle down. He got his ankle fixed and he lost 30 lbs. this summer, and you can definitely tell his overall game has come a long way since his rookie year in 2004. He is going to be a special player.- Delonte West: D-West has had a terrible start to the season. I mean horrible. But I fell in love with him at the end of his rookie year, and then in his sophomore season he really had an outstanding year. He made the transition from SG to PG, to SG, to PG, to combo guard. It's a confusing time for him, especially with all the Iverson rumors. But when he's at the top of his game, Delonte is a very effective player. He has the heart of a lion, he's tough, he is a good shooter, he brings energy, he makes smart plays, and he plays solid defense. I miss this D-West, hopefully he shows up SOON. We need him out there.- Gerald Green: He has so much potential it's not even funny. Not only was he blessed with freakish athleticism, a nice shooting touch with range, speed, and length, but he was also blessed with outstanding work ethic. He has made huge strides since his rookie year out of high school. Since last year, he has added 15-18 lbs. of muscle and he has toned out his body, he has improved defensively a lot, he has extended his range, he has improved his understanding of the game and his overall basketball IQ, and he has improved his shot selection. With continued hard work, I don't see how Gerald doesn't turn into an excellent NBA player.Other Favorite Bench Players Around the League- Alonzo Mourning: How can you not love Zo? He has so much heart, so much passion, so much fire, and so much will power. That alone is enough for me to love him, but then you add his great shot blocking pesence, his rebounding, strength, his power, and most importantly - his STORY. He has bounced back at a high contributing level after going through a kidney transplant. He is a mentally strong individual, and I am so happy he won a ring.- Anderson Varajoe: His heart, energy, and intangibles are a joy to watch. He is always pumping the crowd up, getting pumped himself, making the big plays, grabbing boards, etc. I love him.- Reggie Evans: He is pound for pound probably the best rebounder in the NBA. He brings energy, rebounding, defense, and hustle every single night.- DeSagana Diop: He is a HUGE man, damn. He is a very good shot blocker and defensive presence, he can pull down boards, he's much more mobile that you would think for his size, and he makes big plays.
Leandro Barbosa! He is so fast and good at scoring...but he needs to get his act together again and start scoring 30 for me again for my fantasy league!

BarbosaHeadWillie Green!all fantastic bench players and always giving there team some great points of the bench.
Mine will have to be Ben GordonGreat shooter, Now gets to the line. finishes around basket. Getting 20ppg of the bench in about last 9 games
Chuck Hayes. Provides the engergy, rebounding, and the occasional offense. Probably one of the best, if not the best rebounder for his size. A younger Ben Wallace minus the 'tude and the 'fro (and none of the problems either).
