Great win tonight to tie us for the Pacific. The Suns finally proved themselves against a good team by beating the Magic on the road. Dwight Howard had a bad game. He was making dumb fouls all night and only played 19 minutes with 4 points and 3 rebounds. I gotta say though, the Magic bench is darn good. They scored over 50 points on us tonight and it was great to see Bo Outlaw again. The Suns played good defense in the second half to make it a blow-out, well it was but then they scored a few more so I wouldn't call 14 point win a blowout... Amare was pretty good and had his first 30 point night of the season and he got 3 blocks, but only 8 rebounds. Nash put up his usual numbers, but he's really playing some decent D now. He made some nice deflections, only got credit for 1 steal even though I counted more and he's really not that bad at all on defense. Ariza had a good game for Orlando with 19 points but they just decided not to keep giving him the ball down the stretch which was a dumb move. Great win here and only 4 more until they break the franchise win streak record! W00t!Oh, and Marion...19, 11, 3, 4steals and 3 blocks. :worthy:
The Suns have been mopping up the Eastern Conference on their current road trip... I'm confident that they'll be able to keep it going when they return to PHX this week! In 6 months, I envision the following: Steve Nash - 3-time MVP.
I doubt that Nash wins again. I don't think he should win 3 in a row but he does deserve two.The Heat will be playing without Shaq and Wade(wisdom tooth) tomorrow so it should be 12th win in a row.
