I think government hates poor people and minorities, basically. What do Democrats do for poor and minorities? 1) Stick them in failing schools with no option to go to a better one 2) hand out free money, only enough to keep them poor, and with strings attached so they can't become unpoor. 3) Block things like the keystone pipeline that would create jobs and wealth. It's a massive infrastructure project (govt. loves infrastructure) that costs $0 to the taxpayer. etc.
So democrats hate rich people and the government hates poor people? Who's left for the republicans to hate besides eachother?
I knew the GOP was going to start in on this "we are the party of income equality" propaganda campaign, but I had no idea it would work this well. Who is the party that would love to abolish the minimum wage? Who is the party that is anti-union? Who is the party trying to take away the poor's healthcare? Who is the party trying to push off social security? Who is the party against Affirmative action? Food stamps? Who is the party against Equal pay for women? Private school vouchers? Denny, Wtf are you smoking. The rich have never been richer than now, but isn't that a republican idea? Trickle down? The democrats are just as bad for this world, but to paint the GOP as "for the poor" in comparison is just silly. Vote independent! Fuck the party's!
The funniest thing about the GOP saying they are for income equality - aside from the sheer preposterousness of it of course - is that is the only possible economic issue they can grasp onto. Unemployment is down, stocks are up, inflation is down, interest rates are low. Why would anyone ever vote GOP? Clinton = great economy. W = waste the surplus, drive the economy into a ditch. Obama = saved the day.
