My brother-in-law has two positions open in the San Fransisco area. It pays well and you gain a ton of experience.

    http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/ofc/4967588306.html

Executive / Personal Assistant for Busy, On-the-Move Executive (financial district)
    compensation: DOE

We are looking to hire an energetic, dedicated, and driven personal assistant for a busy, on-the-move executive. You will provide the executive with personal and professional support. In so doing, you'll be responsible for a wide range of duties, and while the work is challenging and fast-paced, it's never boring.

We're looking for someone who can:

•Interface directly with the executive to:
o Draft and handle personal and professional correspondence in a discreet and confidential manner.
o Assist with management of home residence and other properties; liaise with vendors.
o Research, create, and book travel itineraries that are both cost and time efficient.
    o Run personal errands.
o Complete ad hoc projects as requested.
o Always exhibit good judgment within established guidelines.

    • Perform the office basics:
o Manage a complex personal and professional calendar.
o Schedule appointments and confirm these on a daily basis.
o Answer phones and welcome and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
o Order office inventory and keep communal areas neat and tidy.
o Organize and maintain filing systems.

You might be right for this position if you have:
    • Flexibility: you can work with constantly changing priorities.
    • Thick skin: you can maintain a positive attitude and outlook no matter what's going on around you.
    • Calm under pressure: you do not let stressful situations overwhelm you and can confidently stand on your own two feet.
    • Precision and stamina: demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work -- the first time around -- under tight deadlines and without getting flustered.
    • Hardworking nature: willingness to take ownership of what is on your plate and -- no matter how full it is -- you can take on more challenges.
    • Meticulous, exceptional attention to detail: nothing gets past you.
    • Flexible hours: you can come in a little earlier or later as needed and aren't counting down the minute hand till you can go home.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Good command of the English language and grammar.
    • Pride in your work and a service-oriented focus.

    You should also be a:
    • Team player.
    • Self-starter who proactively anticipates the next steps and executes on those steps on your own initiative.
    • Quick learner who can understand the big picture from a brief snapshot.
    • A college graduate or someone with significant relevant work experience.

As much as we're looking for a skilled personal assistant, we're also looking for someone who will be a good personality match for a demanding, time-crunched executive and someone who will work well with our busy office. Therefore, the applicant will need to successfully complete a full-time, paid, three-month trial period.

If you have the flexibility to work with a trial period, let us know why you're the one we're looking for! We're looking to hire immediately.

We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience. Overtime is available and can become a significant part of your take-home pay. Medical, dental, and transportation benefits are made available after a successful trial period, in addition to a generous paid time off policy.

    How to apply:
Please send a résumé and cover letter. Your cover letter should explain your background/relevant experience, why you're a good fit for this position, and your salary requirements. We're very interested in "off-the-beaten-path" candidates, so while prior experience is not a necessity, please explain any relevant past experience. Applications without salary requirements will not be considered.

All he wants is a secretary who sometimes leaves the office. Magnifier, are you sure he wants a male one? That's all you'll get on a sports board.

Hahaha not too sure! I never thought of it like that. Although, they are in San Fransisco. I mean they may want a guy and it could mean the same thing

As long as there aren't any clowns or having sex with old ladies for money, seems like a good job.

Google "Hottest women over 50". Review a few of the lists. I wouldn't require money.
