    Rubio is another republican that is kind of American. Romney of course wasn't born here and neither was McCain. Rubio at least was born here i guess but of course his parents were Cuban refugees. I don't get it? If this guy were born here today the Republicans would be calling him an Illegal Alien and would want him deported after he was jailed.

    I would like someone with executive experience. Bobby Jindal would be my first choice, Scott Walker second. No thanks to Jeb Bush, not because of the job he did in Florida, but because I dislike dynasties.

    That's right. His father never became a citizen or even a resident. So, in that case Barrack was a British Citizen (Kenyan) by right of decent.
    The exact thing that would eliminate a person as a Natural Born American. Hawaii is his place of birth and according to the 14th amendment that make him a US citizen
    but it does not make him a Natural Born Citizen of the US, perhaps in Kenya, but not here.

    Here is the quote from the Law of Nations;

    "The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children;
    and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion,
    they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country,
    it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country."
