Yeah, he may not be a great one on one defender, but when he gets beat, it's great to have a guy who can recover and block the shot. That's what he did all day last game.

Once he bulks up he will be able to stand his ground more and some of the larger centers in the NBA will be shut down.

Once he bulks up he will be able to stand his ground more and some of the larger centers in the NBA will be shut down.</div>Yeah that happens from time to time, when Sam plays him at the SF position, which really I dont understand how, I think it was to get Garbo and Bosh on the same line or something, as for 1 on 1, against most big men in the NBA, hell be oversized yes, but his feet are so much faster and generally has better footing, which is why his shotblocking is so good.
Iv also noticed Bargnani is drawing alot more charges against slowerer players which is great to see as well, as a Raps fan I was on the Bargnani bandwagon before he was officially drafted by the Raps and its great to see that this pick isnt backfiring on the Raps like some previous draftees.
