In the first article it says that Stotts gave the team Monday off. Do you really think that giving the team a day off after a terrible game 1 in which some things need to definitely be worked on is the wisest move?

They went over film and the players practiced shooting.

Key to winning game 2, see the ball go through the hoop more times then the opponent.

I have always though that Kerry Eggers is the best sports writer in Portland.

Eggers sure does know how to crack a story, and in the fast paced media world it's nice to have somebody who is willing to scramble to get worth while news together. Honestly, you can't beat that kind of commitment.

Great article, especially the one of Randolph. I remember people on this board being adamant that a team with ZBo on it would never go anywhere and now he might knock us out of the playoffs. I always liked Zach (very sweet when I met him) and was livid that management didn't get more for him in a trade. That was a bad bad trade.

Nice article on zbo, but eggers forgot that Stevie franchise was included in the trade with Frye.

Very nice article about zbo. I still remember the playoff series he broke out in against Dallas in 2003..

Zbo is a beast and would have been a great blazer for life I wish we kept him around

Zach got humbled and did a lot of growing up after we traded him and he bounced around the league. It made him a better player for it. I don't think he would have done that if he stayed here. He might have been in prison by now even had he not moved on and grown up.

The real key for winning the first round is believing they can. I believe they can, now it's their turn to prove me right
