I think most stay put. Grant Hill I supose would leave Orlando, and he could go back to Detroit. Hill with a small contract and a reserve role would be a huge asset to any team. I think McDyess goes to the old folks home, he's not old but his body is.
Ive read Chauncey Billups has be spoken to Jerry West about signing with memphis. That would be great, Memphis has had great battles with the Pistons and Billups always puts the dagger in us. And for a tema whos never won a playoff game, who is better to come than a NBA Finals MVP? He would be great with Pau.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Ive read Chauncey Billups has be spoken to Jerry West about signing with memphis.</div>That's illegal. This is an interesting class, I can see some domino effects based on who signs where. Especially with the pgs, you could see pgs switching teams such as Kings, Pistons, Bucks. I think Grant Hill will get plenty of calls. Morris Peterson is an interesting name I see that I think Dallas should look at along with Hill.
It would be nice to see the raps get a SF. either in free agency or draft. Gerald Wallace would be a good fit.

Does anyone know if Chauncey and McDyess leave Detroit if we will have any significant amount of cap space to sign someone?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (D12Howard @ Dec 14 2006, 10:31 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Grant Hill to Miami? WTF????</div>Well, if James Posey leaves, then Grant Hill could fill that hole. He wouldn't ask for 15 million a year. Why wouldn't Hill to Orlando be a good fit?
I dont wanna see Grant Hill leaving Orlando :no1: I heard he'd sign a vet minimum and resign!!!
Carter isn't a free agent after this season, only if he opts out. And thats not defendant, so I wouldn't put him on this list yet. I think he loves it in NJ baby :dribble:

Cleveland would be a great fit for Eddie Jones. Cavs need shooters and Eddie Jones fits. Eddie Jones needs a title before he retires and Cavs are a good fit. He could be a great 6th man for them.

I hope Eddie Jones comes back to the Heat next year for the minimum or something, im sure he would like to come off the bench for his old team
No he wouldn't. Miami will not win a chip because they are old. Eddie Jones wants to win a championship. He will do that in Cleveland.
I hope Eddie Jones goes to a real contender, a team like Denver or San Antonio. Ive really grown to love EJ as a player and he really does deserve a ring. He said he likes it in Memphis, but Memphis is simply going a bit younger now and I dont think EJ is young enough to stick around for us when we become contenders/a really good team. I just want to use his expiring and try ti get Billups or something, and see EJ win a well deserved ring. Maybe retire and become a assistant coach for the griz...that would be great. He also brings great defense to teams, not to mention his leadership.
