    Ridiculous PP.

The guy I am starting to get fed up with AGAIN is Nash. Guy is invisible in this series. His goal was a meaningless goal, so to me he hasn't done a damn thing again in the playoffs.

That's what I've been saying since game 2. He doesn't shoot, he over stick handles, and he takes the puck below the goal line every time and gives himself one play..pass to the point. He's useless out there. Really don't want him back next year.

The entire team has seemingly lost their identity from the regular season. No aggressiveness out there. No one crashing to the net for a rebound, no one taking the puck to the net. Just trying to make cute passes and set up a perfect play in hopes of getting a pretty goal instead of any goal.

No excuses Al. He makes 7.8 mill and cannot score in the playoffs. I am done with Nash excuses in the playoffs...SCORE SOME F'ING GOALS.

I don't think they lost their identity...I think this is how the Rangers play when they lead in a series. I really think it is that simple. We don't match the level of the other team when they are desperate and we have some "cushion".

Its totally true, the team has been like that for years its like its part of the culture now

Only 1-0 but they look horrible. A goal can change that quick

I'm referring to their identity from the regular season. This season they were aggressive. They pushed the play. So far, they've played passive and scared to make a mistake, which has lead to more mistakes ironically.

Tonight they have played passive so far. Last game they were not passive. What is the difference?

Well, that was a typical no fire or desire effort when leading in a series. BUT with that said it is only 1-0 Pens. A couple of solid PK's for us, which was good to see.

Hopefully after a low effort pile of sh*t period like that the Rangers come out on fire in the 2nd. Next goal will be huge.

We need to get zone time and crash Fluery with Kreider. Refs have established that the crease is in play, so if we can get some zone time, we need to make sure we get someone in front of Fluery and in his crease bumping him.

Like I said last game. MSL needs to play with top players and not rookie hayes. You gotta get him going by any means. You cant continue playing him on the third line.

Horrific period but like they said only 1-0. Hopefully they come out in the second and actually remember they're in a playoff game.
