Hopefully they make it easy on themselves and close it out Friday night. Especially with the other series looking like a seven gamer.

Just remember we were in the exact same situation as they are last season. I was at game 4 and saw us go down 3-1. I had two moron Pens fans sitting next to me in the 3rd talking about who they rather play in the ECF, the Bruins or Habs. And look what happened.

Now this is way different and we are clearly the better team. They aren't what we were last season. But the point is don't look past game 5. Give them no shot at life heading back to Pitt. End it big in game 5.

And we've all been killing the old man in the playoffs but give the man his due St.Louis made a terrific play behind the net coming out the side and putting the puck right in front for the eventual hayes tip in. Well done marty

I had no doubts that the Rangers would win this game.

Now, end it .................and move onward.

He also made a nice play late in the 3rd, good for MSL. Showed a little something there.

Oh I think he is on his last legs IMO. Happy he made a nice play there. I just hope he has about 20 games left...:).

This team is RESILIENT. Arguably their worst period of the year to start the game but our Defensemen played really well tonight. Offense not pretty but 2 garbage goals and we can close them out Fri. I think they will

St Louis is very streaky up and down. Hopefully he gets going. We all thought he was done in those first 20 games last year as a Ranger. He just needs to get rolling.

That is something we can always say about this team. Even when they don't show in games to take big leads in a series they always bounce back next game. That shows what this team is made of. No one can debate that.

He is streaky no doubt. I just wish he would shoot more. On the PP he doesn't even look at the net, that is why I'd move him down. I don't think he will be back next season, unless he takes like 1 mill +/-, so hopefully he will pour every drop he has left into the next 20 games +/-. Maybe he will get on a hot streak now.

He skated again today. Real close. My guess is up 3-1 they don't play him. Maybe if there is a game 6. But he will be in for sure game 1 next round if we get there barring a set back.

They are missing 4 Ds to injury and we are missing Klein.
    That's playoff hockey. (thanks Strud)....

Moore, Fast and Glass played a good defensive game. 4th line played shut down the pens tip line.

I just wish Glass would set the tone with punks like Downie and Lapierre
