Pop is the only coach that could get 100% out of LMA. Pop is the exception to the rule.
By and large teams lead by PFs do not fare well when it comes to competing for championships.
Also, Duncan is the best to play the game in the past 20 years.

Sign NO's boy DeAndre Jordan first, then Kevin Love.

I was just about to put that if I'm Neil, part of my pitch to Aldridge is going after DeAndre Jordan.

It's better than being in the lottery every year for the next decade.

Deandre's FT shooting will get us in the lottery, too.

Why? Why on earth would he say that? LMA likes Rolo. LMA has had better stats every year since Rolo came here. It'd show that the Blazers don't know how they want to go about it.

Really though, LMA is a good guy, he'd give us the opportunity to sign and trade him and get something good back if he did decide to leave, he's a classy guy.

LMA stats don't lead to championships.

Its the closest we'll ever get. What, build through the draft? So then in 7 or 8 years you can claim that whoever we have won't get us to the championship because we don't happen to have one of the top 3 MVP candidates in the league?

The day we sign that jackwagon is the day I take a three year break from the Blazers. He's a LOSER.

How's Rolo doing in this series? I know he's a fan favorite but I want a championship.

I was just having a laugh on that one, but you gotta think we'd at least give him a call if the doomsday scenario happened.

Walton still is the Blazers GOAT cause he lead a team to a championship. Not attainable for LA unless he wins a title for Portland.

Look if Popovich tells LA that he won't retire when Timmy does and will coach Parker, Leonard, and Aldridge, I think LA is gone.

    I'd take Leonard for LMA.

If we could get DeAndre Jordan, Aldridge would probably stick around. That would be such an awesome front court. DeAndre Jordan isn't leaving LA. Would you leave LA and come to Portland if you were a single, rich NBA player who's a borderline star? And had no connection to the city of Portland? Heeeeyyyyyl nah
