Since I got a new kick-ass mp3 player from FPM give me some suggestions on songs I could get. I'd listen to anything except really crazy metal, banging, screaming, breaking stuff rock. I don't hate mainstream.Any suggestions?

Well Led Zep and Nirvana is a great start. I'd add some Beatles, Rolling Stones, some Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne, and some of The Who. If you like Zeppelin, you'll enjoy them as well. If your kind of into the Indie scene, I'd add some Death Cab for Cutie, The Decembrists, Ben Folds, Elliott Smith, some Bright Eyes, some of The Postal Service, and The Shins. They are all pretty good as well. I personally love Weezer and The White Stripes as well. Just give me a PM if you want to know paticular songs. Also, what size is your MP3?

Yeah, I won this by 1 recruit and if the contest went two minutes later then I would have lost so I appreciate the help. I'm looking for some newer songs. I don't mind checking out some oldies but I was some from the new century also. Like I said...I like rock except for crazy metal headbanging stuff. I'd listen to some rap also but I have a rule...only 1 cuss word to 10 second ratio, it's just annoying if it's more. I don't really know many types of music I hate so if you know a good song just put it in here.Highlights* 30 GB capacity for storing up to 15,000 songs* Built-in FM radio helps tune-in to your favorite music-stations* Enjoy up to 14 hours of audio or 4 hours of video on a single charge* Records your voice with its voice recorder* Allows you to view your photos in slideshows[IMG]

Add in a select few from Frank Sinatra. You gotta put in some Nas. Pump up songs, chill songs. NO EMO songs or fallout boy. Stick with older stuff.

Now your going to hell for saying that. Two strikes on you. Don't like Zeppelin or AC/DC? :thumbdn1: Hmm... since your not really into the "screeching" voices of Robert Plant or Bon Scott, maybe you'd like the more power voice of Roger Daltrey. Get some songs by The Who. Here are a fewMy GenerationWon't Get Fooled AgainBehind Blue EyesPinball WizardBaba O'RileyHappy JackMagic BusSubsituteThe Kids Are AlrightAlso, some Rolling Stones and The Doors if you like The Who. It was the voice. I did get Stairway to Heaven though, that's a decent song. [IMG] I'll check those other songs out but Johnny Cash is next on the list.I said I didn't like Metal but some of Metallica's songs aren't bad. There's plenty I don't like though.
