    So, on the subject of batting coaches......is it Memorex or is it Ella?

    Yankee offense SUCKED the past two years....Yanks chose to make a change in batting coaches....sometimes a new voice or better salesman is needed.

    See ANY difference so far? Whatya got? Some more hogwash for me?


    ONE EXAMPLE- Long was credited by many with "turning Grandy around".....
    While most of us "idiots" (lol), knew his swing was tailored for Yankee Stadium and saw the ball well here... the geniuses (lol) tried to offset it by saying he also hits HRs on the road. What else could they say? Lmao


    As we speak, he didn't hit his first HR of this year until his first visit to Yankee Stadium on April 26....and his BA is .212, OPS .626

    This is what is I know as of NOW regarding Kevin Long , the Yankee offense LAST YEAR, the Yankee offense THE YEAR BEFORE, and the CURRENT Yankee offense:
    It was the CORRECT move to replace Long.

    ...the thing I find so laughable about the hitting coach thing is that it is implied that the new hitting coach allegedly helped ARod and Tex, et al, but mysteriously has left Gregorius, Drew, and Beltran, et al, to flounder miserably?...how come his "magic" does not work on them?...strange.
