    Seattle should stick with the formula that has brought much success, have a QB on rookie contract, use savings to pimp out defense.

    I see you working. Any way to make Seattle more unlikeable will help that rivalry. From my perspective, the luster of the rivalry was dampened when Harbaugh left.

    No, Seattle has to lock up Russ. You don't plug and play QB's in the NFL. Just ask the vast majority of the teams in the league. If you get your guy, you do every thing to keep him. This is exactly why teams are clamoring for Winston and Mariota.....even if they're wrong. You gotta have "the guy" at QB in today's NFL. You just have to.

    Manning is unique in that he really is the offensive coordinator. The dude audibles out of every play call. He makes his coaches look good. And yes, he could certainly win with any coach.
