    Maybe not quite....and I do know this Brown guy a had serious attitude problem with no hesitation to get violent.
    But if we're using the same established accepted facts, and trying to avoid a deadly shooting ...that officer could've taken a different approach and different action just prior to the eventual deadly shooting without having to resort to deadly force.....which caused the possibility of him landing in prison.
